2016 is the year of our international expansion. After establishing a presence for ID/Lab in New Zealand in September, we can now announce that we will start ID/Lab Europe in November. The kick-off is a seminar on 20 November about Customer Experience in Health Architecture, at the new Jeroen Bosch Hospital in Den Bosch, The Netherlands.
The seminar is a partnership between ID/Lab, EGM Architects and Kennis Centrum 60+, and will have the same format as the very successful seminar held in the AZ Groeninge Hospital in Kortrijk, Belgium last June. 175 architects and hospital representatives listened to presentations about environmental psychology, accessibility, research, and of course wayfinding. Michel Verheem, the director of ID/Lab International, talked about wayfinding without signage, and how integration of the wayfinding paradigms within the architecture creates the best possible solutions.
For those who live in the Netherlands, please head to the website architectuur en gedrag and book your free ticket now as spots are limited. Seminar date: Friday 20/11/15 from 10:30 - 17:00
